It's so frustrating to diet and starve yourself - then gain the weight back!

I’m busy mom of 3, and have worked my entire life to achieve the health I have today. I’ve experienced my own diet roller coaster, finally lost 32 pounds and kept it off in 2003, and most recently faced my own trials, dealing with a recent diagnosis of degenerative disc disease and spina bifida, both of which left me immobilized.

Happily, about six years ago, I took my health to the next level when I learned to balance my life with simple, whole food nutrition, stopped starving myself to be "skinny, integrated proper nutrient supplementation for cellular repair, and learned to balance a healthy lifestyle (okay, I might be a work in progress on that one!). It's this very foundation that has allowed me to rebound from a debilitating disease to stay active without running and to stay emotionally and physically happy and fulfilled. 

I’m a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and former marathon runner, coach, and professional marathon pacer –  which is a fancy way of saying I can tell you what to eat to fuel your body so you can finally lose those stubborn extra pounds! I have a depth of understanding of how exercise and fitness can work towards you or even against your weight and health goals.
